With lines drawn by EG Designs Naval Architect, the 55 Express delivers the same ride Release is known for: sharp entry, soft landings, clean wake, and balance at speed. Her rounded keel keeps her stable in the drift and at troll. She backs down like a brawler and handles tight like something 10 feet shorter.
Powered by twin MAN V8-1200s (or optional 1620s), she cruises comfortably in the low 30s and runs into the 40s wide open. And when the bite turns on, she keeps you right where you need to be—fast enough to run, stable enough to fight.
Her cockpit is tournament-class: massive, open, and clean. With the express layout, every second between bite and gaff is shorter. That’s the edge.
She’s vacuum-infused using advanced composite laminates, engineered cores, and modified epoxy. Hand-faired and built in-house from the hull up, every Release is a one-off. Nothing production. Nothing plastic. Just strength, precision, and pride.
